Mind Body Elevate: Group Coaching Program
Offered only three times a year (January, April/May, and September), Mind Body Elevate is a 12-week group coaching program that includes weekly group mentorship calls, one-on-one calls, and an assortment of course materials (educational documents, recipes, book recommendations, etc.) to help you heal and optimize your physical and mental health to create a life you love!
You're going to learn exactly what foods work best for your body, how much sleep and exercise you need, and the proper forms stress management. We will uncover your limiting beliefs, discover how you are getting in your own way and how you are keeping yourself small. You will be given neural reprogramming tools to help improve your mental habits and mindset. Through this process you will learn to listen and deeply trust yourself, which will empower you to stay healthy, connected and self- guided for the rest of your life.
Family Health Coaching
Looking to improve your mental and/or physical health, lose weight, learn more about nutrition, understand your cravings and what exactly your body needs with a friend, family member or partner? This can be a great way to improve the health of your entire family and a fun and affordable way to stay accountable.
Corporate Workshops & Speaking (Remote)
Looking to improve the health of your entire team or office? Want to boot the quality of work in your company by investing in the physical and mental health of your staff? These customizable workshops teach your employees healthy eating and lifestyle habits for sustainable energy, focus and improved immune function (which is more important than ever these days). The emphasis is on creating sustainable, long term habits and educating your staff on how to listen and connect to exactly what their individual bodies need.
